City of Hope Bioinformatics Core Facility (BIC) Home

City of Hope’s Bioinformatics Core (BIC) Facility provides researchers with high-throughput biological data analysis tools, cyber-infrastructure, training, as well as trained staff working with multidiscipline team to facilitate experimental design, information management, integration, automation and visualization. Our goal is to foster collaborations and provide high-performance parallel computational support for principle investigators to develop modern computational techniques into their basic, translation, and clinical research. The facilities and their services are available to both City of Hope and non-City of Hope researchers to include in the grant proposals for adequate chargeback. The BIC Facility has actively developing growing support for three services: Genomic Analysis ( High-Throughput Sequencing Data Analysis and Microarray Analysis), Computer-Assisted Molecular Design, and Image Analysis.
